Understanding how the ROBIN Agent works inside the dashboard will help you understand how and why all the 5 endpoints and 2 POSTS are essential for the user experience.
This is the ROBIN Dashboard, the first thing you see when you enter your workspace. On the left, you will see a list with all the conversations, with each conversation getting information from Endpoint 5 and the Customer POST. Next to that is a Performance Data grid which gets its information from the Orders POST. The last endpoint we can see here is the search, endpoint 4.
The whole job of the ROBIN agent is to answer conversations, and as you can see this agent has some conversations open. Let’s see if we can help “Cody the Consumer” by opening his conversation.
This is our conversation with Cody the Consumer. On the left side is a panel to communicate with the customer, on the right is the panel to communicate with your collegeau’s and/or with suppliers and on the right is where our Dynamic Link magic works.
In the conversation interface, we have 3 endpoints, as you can see we got endpoint 1 and 2 here.
And endpoint 3 gets requested whenever you open an order to see more information.
That sums all the 5 endpoints and the 2 POSTS up.
